These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DropCraft (the "Service") at dropcraftai.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business, and "you" refers to that business. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

DropCraft generates landing pages from product links (for example AliExpress URLs) and can publish products and pages to a connected Shopify store. Output is generated automatically and may require your review and editing before use.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Plans, billing & renewals

• Paid plans (such as Lite, Pro, and Scale) are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes, which apply from your next billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Free access

We may offer a limited free tier or a number of free landing pages. Free access is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Generate pages for prohibited, counterfeit, or restricted products, or content that is false or misleading.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.

7. Your content & responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the product links you submit and the pages you publish, including ensuring you have the rights to use any product data, images, and trademarks, and that your pages comply with applicable laws and with Shopify's and any supplier's terms. Generated copy may include claims that you must verify; you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you publish.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DropCraft and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Subject to your compliance and payment, the landing page output you generate is yours to use for your business.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Shopify, Stripe, and product marketplaces. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated pages will produce any particular sales, traffic, or conversion results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropCraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropCraft from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms here and revise the effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
